A short travel-time charge may apply to bring the crew and truck to your pickup and return afterward. We'll explain exactly how travel time works for your route when we confirm your quote, so there are no surprises on moving day.

Absolutely — condo and apartment moves are a big part of what we do across Metro Vancouver. We're comfortable with elevator bookings, loading-bay time limits, parkade height restrictions and building move-in rules. Let us know your building's requirements and we'll plan around them.

Yes. We offer full and partial packing, plus materials like boxes, tape and protective wrap. You can have us pack everything, just the fragile items and kitchen, or simply supply materials while you pack at your own pace.

If you're moving in or out of a building with a shared elevator, most strata and property managers require you to book the elevator and sometimes a loading bay. Reserve it as early as you can and confirm the time window — it keeps your move efficient and avoids paying the crew to wait.

For safety, we don't transport hazardous materials such as propane tanks, gasoline, paint, aerosols, fireworks or other flammables and corrosives. We also recommend carrying irreplaceable valuables — cash, jewellery, passports and important documents — with you personally. Ask us about specialty items like pianos or safes; those are quoted separately.

Booking one to two weeks ahead is ideal, especially for weekends and month-end dates when demand is highest. That said, we do our best to accommodate shorter notice — reach out and we'll let you know our current availability.

Yes. We take bookings seven days a week, including weekends. Weekend and month-end slots fill up first, so it's worth reserving your preferred date early.

We'll confirm accepted payment methods when you book. Rates are shown before applicable taxes, and any specialty fees are agreed with you in advance — never added as a surprise.

Because we bill by the hour, you only pay for the time your move actually takes. Our estimate is a realistic guide based on the details you share; if something changes on the day, we'll keep you informed rather than quietly running up the clock.
