Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to quotes, bookings and moving services provided by MS Moving. By requesting a quote or booking a move, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & estimates

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are not a fixed price unless we agree otherwise in writing. Because we bill by the hour, the final cost depends on the actual time your move takes, along with distance, access and any confirmed additional services.

Hourly rates

• Two movers and a truck from 140 dollars per hour
• Three movers and a truck from 160 dollars per hour
• The truck, blankets and standard equipment are included in the hourly rate
• Rates are shown before applicable taxes

A minimum booking may apply (2 hours). Any travel-time charge, specialty-item fee or other cost will be explained and agreed with you in advance.

Booking, deposits & cancellation

Deposit and cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your move so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate details about your move, including access and special items
• Reserve elevators, loading bays and parking where your building requires it
• Carry irreplaceable valuables, documents and medication with you personally
• Ensure hazardous or prohibited items are not given to us to transport

Items we cannot transport

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot move hazardous materials such as propane, fuels, paint, aerosols, fireworks or other flammable or corrosive goods.

Liability

We take care with your belongings and your home. Our liability for loss or damage, and any coverage that applies, will be described in your booking confirmation. This section should be finalized with professional advice to reflect your insurance and the protection you offer.
